Cleaning Equipment

We have three totally self-contained, recirculating solvent wash units, complete with internal and external brushes of scrapers to remove heavy oils or scale.

Polyurethane Lining Remover

A Santec-designed and built unit that will remove damaged plastic liners from reusable tubing.

Polyurethane Lined Tubing

Santec Tool Services offers a full line of polyurethane lined tubing, with stocking points in Lloydminster and Mackin.

Santec will also quote prices on having your own stock lined. With our full line of services, we can take raw tubing, inspect it, clean it, repair it as necessary, prepare the ends, install the liner in it, and then deliver it to the stocking point of your choice.

Tracking

Santec’s tracking system consists of filling out shipping and receiving manifests and/or customer material transfer sheets as required. Copies of the documents are faxed to the owners’ material manager that same day. A total physical inventory is done at the end of each month and provided to the owners.

Tubing can be received, processed and invoiced by LSA, AFE or company-specific cost centres. Once the tubing has reached its final classification / destination, it will be stored by size, grade, etc. Tubing can also be stored by area if required (i.e. Alberta stock / Saskatchewan stock).

Threading Units

20 horsepower Polnar Warclaw turret, trailer mounted, complete with all handling equipment and gauges to thread 1 inch to 4 ½ inch EUE tubing ranges II and III.
