Tubing Inspection Units
Electromagnetic, computerized, non-contact inspection units capable of inspecting for tube integrity, wall thickness, transverse and longitudinal defects and pitting.

  Equipment: Electromagnetic, computerized, non-contact inspection.

NOTE: This system allows for fast rig-in and rig-out (5-10 minutes) and needs no warm-up time. This-system allows you to inspect when pulling wet or dirty pipe and the software generates well profile reports after the inspection is completed. The ideal inspection speed is 12 to 14 seconds per joint which, on a steady pull, would be four joints per minute. This unit, on field test over the year, save an average of 1.5 to 2 hours of rig time.
