Cleaning Equipment
Three totally self-contained, recirculating solvent wash units complete with internal and external brushes or scrapers to remove heavy oil or scale.

Power Tongs
Three model CM 1312 Farr power tongs complete with double wide back-ups and torque gauges capable of 19,000 foot pounds of torque. Capable of handling sizes 2 3/8 inch to 13 3/8 inch.

Polyurethane Lining Remover
A Santec designed and built unit that will remove damaged plastic liners from reusable tubing.

Polyurethane Lined Tubing
Santec Tool Services offer a full line of polyurethane lined tubing. With stocking points in Lloydminster and Macklin.
Santec will also quote prices on having your own stock lined. With our full line of services, we can take raw tubing, inspect it, clean it, repair it as necessary, prepare the ends, truck the tubing to the liver plant, get it lined and deliver it to the stocking point of your choice.

Tracking
Santec tracking system consists of filling out shipping and receiving manifests and/or customer material transfer sheets as required. Copies of the documents are faxed to the owner's material manager that day. A total physical inventory is done at the end of each month and provided to the owners.

Tubing can be received, processed and invoiced by LSD, AFE or company specific cost centre. Once the tubing has reached its final classification, it will be stored by size, grade, etc. Tubing can also be stored by area if require (i.e. Alberta stock/Saskatchewan stock).

Security
All Santec facilities are in locked compounds and nothing moves in or out without a Santec employee present.
